Welcome to the 7th International Symposium on Renal MRI Meeting in Uppsala!

Dear colleagues and friends,

We warmly invite you to the 7th International Symposium on Renal MRI Meeting in Uppsala. The symposium will be held from Monday 11th-Tuesday 12th October 2027 in the center of Uppsala, Sweden. On Sunday evening 10th October there will be a welcome reception.

The meeting will be built on the success of previous Renal MRI Meeting meetings, providing excellent lectures and discussions of the fast developments and clinical relevance of functional renal MR. We aim to provide a platform for engagement with colleagues and peers, and to foster the development of local, national and international collaborations to explore multi-disciplinary imaging approaches. The symposium is tailored to attract basic scientists, clinical scientists and clinicians from physiology, nephrology, radiology, internal medicine and related fields, as well as experts in imaging sciences and physics from all levels, ranging from students to advanced users and international experts.

The main theme of the meeting will be decided together with the scientific committee.

Uppsala is a small university town with more than 50,000 students and Uppsala University is the oldest university in the Nordic countries, founded in 1477.  Uppsala is situated 80 km north of   Stockholm and Arlanda, the main international airport is 40 km from Uppsala.
